If the rot is more substantial we remove the damaged timbers and replace them with new hardwood timbers.

We can replace any broken glass or upgrade the original glass with thicker industry standard glass, safety glass, noise reduction glass or energy efficient 'e-coated' glass.

The original glass in sash windows is generally thinner and weaker. We can replace it with thicker glass, toughened glass for safety and durability or 'e-coated' glass that has a clear metallic film to minimise heat transference, keeping rooms cooler in summer and warmer in winter.

We can supply and install new lifters and locks, if required, in a range of colours and styles.

Sash bolts or keyed deadlocks can also be fitted for additional security and insurance benefits.

We supply and fit timber and aluminium fly screens.

We make aluminium fly screens off site in a variety of colours to suit your building.

Timber fly screens can be pre-fabricated at the joinery shop and can be fitted with clips or hinged for ease of cleaning.

They can be painted to compliment your colour scheme, retaining the original heritage charm.

We can install weather seals to fix drafty windows and stop the rattling.

Weather seals also aid significantly in noise reduction and thermal efficiency.

Installing durable synthetic seals inside the timber cavity eliminates rattling whilst allowing the window to glide smoothly and seal snugly when closed.

To complete the job we colour match and re-paint the windows inside and out if you require.

We use quality enamel or acrylic paints for a perfect finish and to protect the timber from deterioration caused by harsh weather conditions.

Where a window is in a state of extreme disrepair we can replace the complete window and window box with a quality replication.

We will remove the damaged woodwork and replace it with made to measure frames and sills, constructed from new, high quality hardwood.
